I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a unique cave-style design and a spacious bathroom. The jacuzzi outside had a breathtaking view of the Caldera and the ocean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Fira but still peaceful and private. The staff, especially Dora, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to help with any request or question I had. I also loved the delicious breakfast served on my balcony every morning.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The best part about our romantic escape was the incredible view from our room. It was breathtaking and definitely set the mood for a romantic getaway. Another thing we liked was the service provided by the staff. They were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any requests we had. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for us to explore and visit nearby attractions.
The worst aspect of our stay was the strong smell that greeted us every time we stepped out of our room. It was quite unpleasant and made it difficult for us to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breathtaking views from the hotel were mesmerizing, creating a truly unforgettable experience. The central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the restaurant above the hotel offered great value and tasty food.
The steep stairs leading to the hotel, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Additionally, as much as I enjoyed my stay, I wished I could have stayed longer to fully immerse myself in the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings.

Amazing views from the room terrace and jacuzzi, overlooking the Caldera and old port. Attentive and exceptional staff, from pick-up to porterage, reception, cleaning, and restaurant service.- Central location, close to the center of town, bus station, and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
The hotel is located near the steps where the donkeys are, which may cause noise and an unpleasant smell for some guests. The hotel is situated on the side of a hill, requiring guests to navigate a number of steps up to the main town, making it unsuitable for travelers with disabilities or mobility issues.
